A Path from Beauty to the Kitchen​​

With a background in cosmetology, Sarah has always had a passion for service and making people feel their best. Even before that, her professional journey began in high school, working in a nursing home kitchen, where she first gained experience in food preparation and service. After stepping away from the restaurant industry for a year, she found herself drawn back in—this time to Rube’s, where she brings her creativity and dedication to the kitchen.​

A Lifelong Love for Cooking​

Sarah’s love for cooking started at a young age, helping her grandmother in the kitchen and diving into Home Economics courses in high school. Today, she channels that same passion into crafting Rube’s signature side dishes and house-made croutons, ensuring every plate complements the perfect steak.

For Sarah, one of the best parts of working at Rube’s is the team itself. She loves working with such wonderful managers and owners who truly care about the staff—it feels like being part of a huge family. The supportive and fun atmosphere makes every shift special.

When it comes to favorites, Sarah can’t pick just one. She loves the Jalapeño Corn for its spicy kick, the Marinated Shrimp for its rich flavor, and the Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms for their indulgent seafood goodness.​

A devoted cat lover—especially when it comes to Maine Coons—Sarah has a soft spot for feline companions. But her adventurous side dreams big, with bucket-list plans to skydive, and zipline across Niagara Falls.
