    GUIDING THE EXPERIENCE:
    meet LUCY

    From Small-Town Bars to Rube’s

    Leadership

Lucy’s path to Rube’s started like many great stories—with good friends and a spontaneous decision. After working in small-town bars and a care facility kitchen, she joined Rube’s, expecting a fun experience. What she found was a second home. Now, she’s the Associate General Manager, helping lead the team and ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience.

    Why LUCY Loves Rube’s

“Rube’s feels like family. It’s not a corporate restaurant where you’re just a number—the owners genuinely care, and that makes all the difference. I love being part of a place where people matter.”

    LUCY'S GO-to ORDER

A 16oz Bacon-Wrapped Ribeye with Rube’s Rub and Black Garlic Butter—perfection. Paired with Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms and Garlic & Bacon-Stuffed Jalapeños, plus a Montour Mule (with Raspberry Vodka, of course), it doesn’t get much better.

    OUTSIDE OF RUBE'S

Lucy is a makeup enthusiast, passionate about cooking and baking, and a fan of all things horror and true crime—whether it’s a documentary or a classic scary movie.

    FUN FACT

When Lucy was seven, a car accident led to an incredible surprise: a signed poster from the cast of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban—before the movie was even released! To this day, she has no idea who made it happen, but it remains one of her most treasured possessions.
