Brody has been immersed in the food and hospitality industry since he was a kid, starting in food service at 14 and never looking back. What began as a hobby—crafting cocktails and exploring mixology—evolved into a full-time passion. Now, as Rube’s Bar Manager, he brings creativity, skill, and a deep appreciation for flavors to every drink he serves.

He also shares his passion by coaching drumline at his former high school.
